KINGBO RMA-218 Solder Paste Flux for Soldering
I tested several flux products, and the Kingbo turned out to perform quite well.
This was one of my favorite pastes as it created a shiny surface on solder balls and cleans well with Isopropyl alcohol.
        

RIESBA NC-559-ASM Solder Paste Flux for Soldering
A strong second place for the RIESBA NC-559-ASM. It creates a good surface finish and cleans well with Isopropyl alcohol.
It does require a bit more effort for BGA repairs.
        

MECHANIC UV223/UV559 Solder Paste Flux for Soldering
This flux delivers phenomenal solder finish, but it does not clean well with Isopropyl alcohol.

Hot Air station that will help you remove SMD components, fasten shrink wraps, and is even good enough for simple to medium BGA repairs with the correct adapters.

I prefer getting the angled adapters to direct the airflow nicely when working under a microscope.
        

        I use Mechanic P30 multimeter probes which have a resistance of < 0.3 Ohms. 
        The thin tips are robust and the silicone wire prevents tangling.
